Other companies will ask WHAT the problem is, and then try and sell you a program or service that will mask the symptom of that problem. Rather than focusing only on what the symptoms are and trying to mediate those, at Innate Co. focus on the WHY – in fact we are WHY OBSESSED.

As humans first and foremost, we lead with empathy in everything we do, bringing full hearts and morality to any endeavour. We know that there are people at the end of every decision we make, and so principled humanism guides us. This means approaching people with kindness, understanding, altruism and a growth mindset.
We place particular importance on the power of connection and work hard to bring together the hearts and minds of the people we work with.

The most basic of human needs is to understand and be understood, so we listen to understand, not reply.
We adore learning so we question what we don’t know, we seek clarification, and we are always working to understand the WHY. In fact, we are why OBSESSED. Exploring WHY the businesses we work with have the problems they do in the first place is the only way to solve people challenges and achieve lasting change.
We Jump
This means not allowing the things which scare us to stand in the way of achieving things that that help us build a better tomorrow and realise our vision. It means speaking with candour and welcoming the hard conversations – especially if they challenge our beliefs, force us to grow or enable us to accelerate our success.
We never delay until tomorrow, what can be discussed today. We are open, transparent and accountable for the part we play in our shared success.


We Work to Inspire over Empower
We understand that in order to inspire others, we must first live an inspired life ourselves. That the goal that every leader should be striving for should not be about power, but about inner leadership. Leadership that is about personal responsibility, self-discovery & creating value in the world by the people we become.
We believe that as leaders we should be working to inspire our people over seeking to empower them. They do not need permission from us to be who they really are nor can we teach someone something that is innately theirs.
This approach leaves the people we work with feeling secure, engaged, motivated and authentic in their roles – and herein lies the key to creating a world where EVERYONE loves what they do.
We Lead
Without a Title
Our titles may help to explain what we do, but they do not define who we are or predetermine how we behave.
Leadership is a choice, a behaviour to be lived and one that should not be reserved purely for those with management titles, but rather embraced at all levels of an organisation. It is about seeing the best in people who have never been able to see the best within themselves. It is about unlocking their innate potential and helping them to become the person they always were.
